Prince William & Kate in Sydney

It’s been four years since Prince William visited Sydney last and this time he brought along Duchess Kate and baby George.

They had a busy itinerary visiting Manly Beach, the Blue Mountains, the Opera House as well as visiting Brisbane, Canberra and Adelaide.

I caught them during their Sydney visit at Taronga Zoo. Most scheduled stops at the zoo were closed off but I saw them feeding the giraffes and then making their way to the bird show.

Baby George made it to Taronga Zoo as well but his duties only included visiting the Bilby Enclosure which is named after him following the Prince’s birth on 22 July last year.

The zoo was so packed it was at capacity and the gates were closed to prevent more fans entering the zoo. Most fans waited for hours to catch a glimpse of the royal pair who unfortunately did not interact much with all the crowds lining up the paths.
