My final post from my Euro trip last year. Paris is an amazing city with great history and some of the best cars around the world drive through the Parisian streets. Here's my Best Of... for the few days I was in town
Paris Underground

We all know already that Paris is an amazing city to find some of the best cars, especially in summertime when the Arabs visit the city of love. You'll find a lot of the exotics valet and cafe cruising around all the hotspots. What you might not know is that Paris has huge collection of hidden treasures underground, and I don't mean the catacombes of Paris.
Koenigsegg CCXR The Special One
posted by cel
This Koenigsegg is also known as "The Special One", but it doesn't seem to be so special for the Qatari royal family anymore as it was put up for sale in November 2011. With only 3000km driven, this confirms that the car has mainly seen many valets at expensive hotels rather than tracks all over the world.
Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione in Paris

This Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione was spotted at the swanky Ritz Hotel at the Place Vendôme in Paris, the hotel where Diana, Princess of Wales and Al-Fayed's son Dodi Al-Fayed, and their chauffeur Henri Paul, dined in the Imperial Suite before their fatal car accident in 1997. As it is one of the most prestigious and luxurious hotels in the world you'll often find exotic cars parked at the valet (it was accompanied by a Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster 722 S, Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano and a Rolls-Royce Ghost while I was there) as well as in the underground car parking underneath Place Vendôme, but more on that later...
Best of London 2011

Time to close the London chapter of my 2011 European visit. You've seen some of the craziest and most expensive cars in the world that visited London from countries like Qatar, Dubai and UAE. Time for one last look at some of the best London had to offer.
Bugatti Veyrons in E...

The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 was the fastest street-legal production car since April 2005, taking over the reigns from the Koenigsegg CCR. That lasted for two years and a bit until the SSC Ultimate Aero TT broke that record in September 2007. Bugatti didn't want to hear about it and got started on the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport who claimed the title back again in June 2010 with a verified topspeed of 431.072 km/h.
Koenigsegg Agera R

Koenigsegg Agera R - spotted in London and Paris during the 2011 summer. This is the kind of car you'd normally see at a car show or in the showroom, so seeing it on the streets is extraordinary. The Agera R can accelerate from 0–100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and reach a theoretical top speed of approximately 442 km/h), making it faster than a Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, although this has not been officially verified.
Xenatec 57S Cruisero...

Those four doors on my 5.7 meter long Maybach are cramping my style, I only need two of them. Those words sound pretty crazy when referring to a huge Maybach but someone must have thought so as Xenatec, a German tuning company, created a Maybach Coupe, known as the Xenatec 57S Cruisero Coupe.
