Part 1 – Photos of some of the most exciting cars on display at Top Gear Festival Sydney 2014. From the Supercar Garage featuring the Pagani Zonda, Ferrari’s, Lamborghini’s and more to the Queen St Customs with one of the few Koenigseggs in Australia. There are two Australian firsts at the Top Gear Festival this year: the stunning new McLaren 650S and the Porsche Macan S.
January 26 is Australia Day. A national holiday in Australia with various celebrations all around the country. One of Sydney’s celebrations is CARnivale hosted by Supercar d’Elegance. The day at CARnivale consisted of the Concours d’Elegance, a Supercar gathering and various parades. I was the official photographer of the event and below you can view some of my favourite photos of the day, including the winners of the Concours d’Elegance.
The first ever Modball Rally Australia started Saturday morning in the centre of Sydney. All the cars were on display in in Macquarie Street before the modballers started their journey to Brisbane. International model Arabella Drummond and UFC ring girl Carly Baker flew to Australia to join the Modballers on the first Australian Modball Rally.
In my previous post you could see all about the action on the track. Now it’s time for some of the cars on display. In Stig’s Supercar Garage they had some of Australia’s finest on display. The Pagani Zonda C12-S Roadster, Koenigsegg CCX, KTM Crossbow, McLaren MP4-12C, Lamborghini Gallardo LP550-2 Valentino Balboni and a few others.
Photoshoot of a red Ferrari 360 Modena in Sydney. We took it to the underground parking for the main series of shots. After that we headed to Milsons Point for a scenic photo before going on a short cruise. The best way to spend a beautiful Sunday morning in Sydney.
This Sunday the annual Ferrari Concours was held in Sydney again. The location this time was along the General Holmes Drive in Brighton-Le-Sands. It was a beautiful spring day in Sydney for all the horses to come out and enjoy the sun. I saw quite a few of the cars that attended last year’s Ferrari Concours as well. Two of my highlights at the Concours were the new Ferrari 458 Spider and an extremely rare Maserati Barchetta. See all the photos here!
